Day 1: AIRPORT - KRUJA

Departure for the historic city of Kruja.

Visit:

• Kruja Castle - The ancient symbol of the Albanian resistance
• Gjergj Kastrioti National Museum
• Old Bazaar
• Sari Salltik if your flight arrives early in the morning

Enjoy dinner with the locals at the restaurant.

Day 2: KRUJA - DURRËS - BERAT

Have breakfast before leaving for Durres.

Visit:

• Amphitheater
• Venetian Tower

Next, we leave for Berat.

• Castle of Berat
• Onufri Museum
• Take a walk in the two famous and evocative neighborhoods of Mangalem and Gorica and observe the numerous places of worship such as the King's Mosque.

Dinner at a restaurant with a selection of wines.

Day 3: BERAT - SKRAPAR - BERAT

The hike down the Osumi Canyon is going to last approximately 2-3 hours varying on the experience size and desires of the group.

Going through the canyon you are going to witness its unique ecosystem. The caves and different shapes of rock formation are going to astonish you as there is an island not far from the starting point where you can jump and get some nice adrenaline rush.

The stories and legend of this place are vast so along the way you are going to hear them. And this is not all, the canyon has a surprise for you: you are also going to be joined by several waterfalls with its mightiest being the Love Waterfall.

Climb up your way to the road where the minibus is going to take us to a local restaurant where you are going to taste the best Albanian food.

Drive to Berat.

Day 4: BERAT - ZVËRNEC - VLORË

After breakfast at the hotel depart for Zvernec.

Visit:

• Treport Castle and an ancient wall as well as the remains of an ancient port

Cross the bridge over the lagoon and visit the Monastery of Santa Maria, a church built in the Byzantine era thought to have been built as early as the 5th century AD.

After Zvërnec, continue to Vlora whose name in ancient times was Aulon and two important Hellenic figures Ptolemy and Lucian first mentioned the city in the 2nd century AD, calling it "a city and a seaport."

A cultural tour in Piazza della Libertà and the rebuilt old quarters of the city and a walk along the new seafront.

Evening of polyphonic sounds recognized by UNESCO.

Day 5: VLORË - SAZAN - KARABURUN - VLORA

6h approximately boat trip time.

• Explore islands and coves off the coast of Albania on this group speedboat tour from Vlora.
• Depart from the mainland and head to the coast of the Karaburun National Marine Park and take time to swim and snorkel with provided equipment.
• Continue on to the uninhabited Sazan Island and learn about its military history.
• Travel comfortably in a speedboat. Swim and snorkel with provided equipment. Explore the Karaburun National Marine Park. Visit Sazan Island with your group.

Day 6: VLORA - TIRANA

Drive to Tirana.

Walking tour Tirana city centre:

• National Museum of History (temporarily closed; view mosaic from outside)
• Et’hem Bey Mosque
• Scanderbeg Square
• Bunk’Art Museum
• Pyramid of Tirana (ex-mausoleum of dictator Enver Hoxha)

Dinner and drinks at the Blloku area.
